1, technology overview
Garbage in China has the characteristics of low calorific value, complex high moisture, high volatile composition and life, clean waste incineration technology of our company and Tsinghua University jointly developed a low cost, suitable for China conditions, with independent intellectual property rights. The technology in circulating fluidized bed furnace grate + composite type as the core, with special feed and discharge system, and the emission of pollution effectively, has completely independent intellectual property rights, has obtained six patents. All emissions indicators are better than national standards.
This technology is applicable to a single furnace daily treatment of 150 ~ 600 tons of garbage power generation project.
2, technical characteristics
(1) has completely independent intellectual property rights, is a systematic and complete technology; from the garbage feeding system, incinerator body, to slag device, gas-solid separation device, flue gas treatment system and method of operation of the incinerator has patents, these patents constitute a complete set of garbage power generation technology complete. It can effectively ensure the system performance of waste incineration power.
(2) feeding grate preheating drying structure. Because of the high moisture content and low calorific value of MSW, there are some problems such as unstable combustion and excessive fuel. This technology takes a garbage feeding grate preheating and drying device (patent), garbage in the process of feeding, the water content of dried to below 30%, effectively solve the problem of waste feed and stable operation of the incinerator;
(3) a fluidized selective slag removal device (patent) can be used to ensure that the large amount of non combustible matter and ash can be discharged smoothly;
(4) the key problems in the corrosion protection of the boiler are effectively solved, and the waste incineration power generation project of Changchun, which is constructed by our technology, has not appeared obvious corrosion problem since the operation in 2005;
(5) a wide range of fuel adaptability, can handle the heat value of more than 700Kcal/kg of domestic waste, can also be mixed with biomass, industrial waste, etc.;
(6) adopting strict pollution control process, the emission of various pollutants is better than the national standard;
(7) low engineering cost.
3, process flow
Process system of garbage incineration power plant mainly includes waste discharge and storage system (Rough sorting system), garbage incineration system, feeding system, auxiliary fuel system, slag removal system, ash removing system, flue gas treatment system, power system and thermal control system.
